This book wasn't what I expected. It was so much better. Married To The Military is a collection of stories from women married to members of the military. The author created these women and their tales, and wow! They all seemed so real. I read a few stories each night and enjoyed them all. Each shared very different experiences. I laughed until I cried, I read until I couldn't see through my tears, and my heart swelled with pride as I read this book. Being in the military is tough, and women that make the choice to be military wives amaze me beyond words. They sacrifice so much, which seem to make their triumphs so much sweeter. Each story was well written and I enjoyed them all. I think everyone can take away something special from this book, not just military wives. A great book filled with stories of inspirational, strong women. Terry Rollins is an exceptional writer and I am eager for the next book!
