What is Pulse Yoga?? Pulse Yoga accomplishes much more than other yoga styles. It's Yoga with weights incorporated into the routines to build strength and muscle definition. It helps to tone trouble spots without using machines in the gym. In addition to the free weights, Pulse Yoga teaches micro movements that primarily target areas such as the gluteus muscles, abdominals, upper arms and lower back. I love to do yoga but honestly i dont have the money to go to a regular gym.. i think this dvd would be great.. especially since it targets the areas i am very weak in (midsection, core etc)
