The Fountain Of Knowledge

Want to know the truth about certain "biodegradable" plastics? Does Twitter reduce human contact? How about some really good advice on helping your children gain independence? The Elegant Roots Blog is a fountain of knowledge, featuring useful tips and practical advice. It's full of variety. The blog is written by a very observant Rob Favole. He raised 4 children, taught in elementary school, trained developmentally delayed, tutored in law school, and he has taken graduate courses in Ed. In his latest post, he describes child development. Children want their independence and parents have the instinct to protect. We may not see our children as we should. They are individuals trying to make their own mistakes and make their own choices. We have a responsibility to let them grow. Rob tells us how to cut the strings, little by little. Visit the Elegant Roots Blog. I can't wait to see what he will write about next!
