A Magickal Review and Giveaway!

A while back, I reviewed Destiny. I thought it was wonderful and I anxiously awaited the second book! I swear, I let out a little squeal when I saw it in my mailbox! Destiny Unveiled is the second book in the Destiny Series. I put it aside because I wanted to read it when I could take a few relaxed days to read it. I wanted to take my time and savor the book as if it were a rich chocolate truffle. You don't just read Laura DeLuca's books just to get to the end. You live the book and become friends with the characters. You feel like you're part of the story! With all that's going on in my life, it took longer than I wanted to get those relaxed moments, but it was always in the back of my mind. As soon as I could, I reached for my book and let the journey begin!

In Destiny Unveiled, I caught up with old friends and met long lost family. I learned secrets and watched love bloom. I witnessed the battles of good and evil and I took many twists and turns along the way. The book draws you in and you feel for the characters, both good and bad. At times, you feel pain and sorrow and sometimes, pure joy. DeLuca has a way with words and she catches you off guard when you least expect it. You will not want to put this book down! My recommendation? Take it slow and easy. You don't want to miss anything along the way! I can't wait for the next. Until then, I have Phantom to keep me company! Get yours from Smashwords or Amazon!
