We eat pretty healthy all week except on Friday nights. That's our Junk Food Night! We'll have thing like Ultimate Nachos, Popcorn Night with different kinds of popcorn, Chip and Dip night with a variety of chips and dips. We look forward to it all week and like to plan our treats. It helps us to eat healthier during the week, too.
