Doing The Detox Drop!

I'm living Diet Free, and for the last few days I've been detoxing using Robert Ferguson's Detox Drop. It's been easier than I expected. I am staying full and drinking plenty of water. I feel great and the only problem I've had was a headache my first day, which was most likely weather related. I have a lot of energy too!
I thought it might be helpful to show you what's inside the bottles you get when you order the Detox Drop .The Triple-Action Detox Boost and the Probiotic Blend are included in the kit, along with Aloe Vera Juice, Psyllium Husks and a booklet/CD. The Aloe Vera Juice with Acemannan looks like water. It isn't thick and it is easily mixed with juice. It didn't change the flavor either.
The Psyllium Husks are ground fine, like powder. After sprinkling a bit on the counter, I realized that it looked just like hot cocoa powder. It mixes well, but you better drink it quickly. If not, you may end up with a little sludge in the bottom of your juice glass! I have one more day to go on my 6 day Detox Drop. I don't crave sweets (and that's amazing) and I've decided that I LOVE fruit smoothies! I will check in soon and update you on my progress!
Disclosure: The Detox Drop, Lifetime Membership, and book were all provided in order for me to take you on my Diet Free journey. Honest opinions and weight loss results given. Please email me with any questions.

What does the meal plan look like when you are finished with the detox drop? That is what a lot of people don't understand when they do things like this, you need to ween yourself back on to food otherwise you will gain any and all weight you lost previously.

Thank you for visiting my site! I will be starting the food plan tomorrow, so I am not sure how that will go. I will say that doing my detox drop, I have been able to eat meals or smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snack on soups or fruit. I have eaten detox friendly foods like baked chicken or fish, carrots (I am not a fan of the other detox friendly veggies), and baked red potatoes among other things. Tomorrow, I can eat other foods since I will be off my detox. One meal example is steak, baked potato, green beans. Another example is grilled pork chop or ribs, mac and cheese, and lima beans. Snacks can be wine and chocolate, cake, cookies, or whatever! And they don't have to be "diet" either! I must eat proper portion sizes, which seem generous enough, and I must eat a meal or snack (which can be anything as long as it falls within his caloric range) every 2-3 hours. This keeps my blood sugar from spiking and falling throughout the day. So far, I have lost both inches and pounds. I weigh tomorrow and I will post my results soon. I have eaten more and it hasn't been tough to follow. The book tells you how to make fat burning plates (it's really easy and you have more than one option) and it tells you portion sizes for everything. The book provides motivation and a lot of information. I have a kitchen scale that I use for my proteins and a measuring cup for everything else. He tells you how to look at something and tell if it is the proper portion, but since I had a kitchen scale, I decided to use it. Please feel free to ask anymore questions and I hope you will follow along.

I will be honest. I was tired of smoothies by the end of 3 days. I started adding foods to the meal plan and have still managed to lose weight and inches. It's been nice. I am still having cravings, sadly, but it doesn't bother me as much because I know in another hour I can have 200 calories worth of chocolate, etc. I can handle that. :)
As for the after-detox plan, it really looks like it cannot possibly work, but amazingly it does. You just have to have faith and think about "when" it works, not "if" it works....Sometimes we all need a bit of an attitude adjustment. I truly believe the detox will be the last "diet" I will ever do. Go into it with a positive mindset and it will work wonders for you.
Happy Non-dieting :)
