I love baking! Logan loves it too. Often, he will slide The Learning Tower close to where I'm working and ask me to bake. He loves to help of course. We both get excited when we get a new cookbook. He knows we will be spending time in the kitchen, measuring out ingredients and rolling out dough. Our latest cookbook craze? Chronicle Book's Sticky Chewy Messy Gooey Treats for Kids by Jill O'Connor with photographs by Leigh Beisch. We drooled over this book. Unfortunately there's only 30 recipes! But they are 30 of the greatest recipes for kids! And each one is sticky and chewy, and messy, and gooey...and fun! Pinkalicious Princess Cupcakes, Wicked Good Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cups, Banana Split Pancakes, and Hunka Chunka Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies will have children begging for a treat. Logan was. This cookbook has earned a place on my shelf, but it's current home is my one and only cookbook stand. We use it all the time. The recipes are fun and easy to follow! The cover is easy to clean, just wipe it off! And believe me, it will get messy if you use it! Residents of US and Canada!!! You can win your very own copy! All you need to do is tell me which other children's book you would like to have from Chronicle Books! Leave your answer in a comment. Follow me (on google and/or neworked blogs) for a second entry! For a third entry, tell me what your kids love to make in the kitchen, besides a mess! Giveaway ends midnight April 18, 2010! Good Luck!
